The Ruger Mark IV .22LR is an improved version of the Ruger Mark III, which was known for its accuracy and reliability. The Mark IV’s simple, one-button takedown makes field-stripping and proper chamber-to-muzzle cleaning a breeze.
The Mark IV Standard is built on a one-piece, precision CNC-machined grip frame and has all of the features that have made Ruger Mark IVs the pistol of choice for rimfire collectors. Our process involves polishing the tube and 6″ barrel and color case hardening it using Turnbull’s traditional bone charcoal method, which has been our signature for decades.

I normally wouldn’t have purchased the standard MKIV, however, the Turnbull color case hardened finish on the barrel is gorgeous with the different colors and patterns and made me happy that I purchased it. Every one I showed it to loved it and were very complimentary. I like it so much I’m going to purchase the MKIV Target with the 10″ barrel next.
