This is a pre-owned Winchester Model 12 takedown shotgun. This pump-action 12 gauge carries serial number 1347009, dating it from 1953.
The shotgun features a 3″ chamber, and is in takedown configuration (half-thread) with solid rib. Metal was refinished in period-correct hot blue by Creekside Gunshop in the 1980s. Wood has been refinished at some point, and shows some wear including scratches.
