Turnbull Restoration Big bore Classic “Thumper Model”. Our Thumper Model can be built on either original Winchester rifles or the newer manufactured USRAC (Winchester) or Browning Model 188’s. The Thumper Model is designed with a 16″ barrel uses a custom load with a 650 grain bullet. All of our Big Bore options can be incorporated when designing & building a Thumper Model rifle.
