  • This safety was used on Colt 1911 pistols between serial numbers 60,401 & 275,000. It was also used on all Remington-UMC pistols.
  • Features a checkered top, thick thumb piece, and a machined cut underneath the thumb piece, just like the original part.
  • Steel construction, with a charcoal blued finish.
