Description
This rifle is one of our new Turnbull Manufacturing Co. rifles. We start with a newer Browning Model 71 and begin to modify and upgraded the rifle to handle the new 475 Turnbull round.
The rifle has been fitted with a new 26″ full octagon barrel and a full length magazine tube. The lower tang/pistol grip has been re-shaped to decrease the sharp radius found on the Model 71. The lever loop has also been enlarged to eliminate finger pinch during recoil.
The receiver has been color case hardened and the barrel and magazine tube have been rust blued.
This rifle can be built using a rifle provided by Turnbull Restoration & Manufacturing Co., or the work can be done on a rifle provided by the customer. Call for pricing.
