Marlin Model 1893 Deluxe, Factory Engraved

Description

This factory #1 engraved deluxe Marlin 1893 has been fully restored to original condition.  The original stocks were not usable for the restoration so a new butt stock and forend were made from 2X fancy American Black Walnut.  The original factory No.-B checkering pattern was duplicated by hand cutting on the new stocks.  The barrel and magazine tube are original to the rifle and both were hand polished along with restoration of all the original barrel markings.  The barrel and magazine tube are finished in period correct rust blue.

All of the other metal components of the rifle were fully polished and the receiver engraving was hand re-cut to return the engraving to factory original condition.  The receiver, hammer, lever and butt plate are finished in the correct color case hardening finish.
