Presented today is a unique, upgraded second generation Colt Single Action Army revolver. The previous owner had this revolver fitted with Fossil Walrus Ivory grips and sent it to Ralph W. Ingle for engraving. According to the Engraver’s factory letter, “This Colt was engraved in German Floral Scroll in a style similar to patterns from the turn of the century. It was engraved by hammer and chisel in high-relief with a matted single point punch then blackened.” It has a French Gray finish that is in good condition, with some light pitting on the frame, and ships in a custom presentation case with lock and key.
