Added to showroom today is a previously-restored Colt Model 1911 U.S. Army. This iconic American service sidearm bears serial number 49108, dating it to 1913.
This pistol is in very good restored condition. The owner sent it to us for restoration in 2017. At that time we completed a full restoration, returning the finish and functioning back to like-new, as well as replacing the barrel and magazine with period-correct parts, and the rear sight and checkered grips with modern, period-correct reproductions. This pistol does show some minor wear since restoration, but overall is in very good condition.
Listing includes a leather holster, stamped manufactured in 1917, a magazine pouch stamped July 1918, and two non-period correct pinned magazines with unmarked foot plates.
